About this guide

Freedom-Trail-Guide.com is an independent guide to Boston's Freedom Trail: the 2.5-mile red line, its sixteen sites, which of them charge admission, how long the walk takes and which guided tours walk which part of it. We are not the Freedom Trail Foundation, the National Park Service, any of the sites, a tour operator or GetYourGuide. We compare the bookable walks so you can choose the right length and the right storyteller.

Facts on this site are checked against the National Park Service's pages for Boston National Historical Park, the Freedom Trail Foundation, each site's own website (Paul Revere House, Old North Church, Revolutionary Spaces, the USS Constitution Museum) and the live GetYourGuide listings. Hours, rules and tour details change; when a listing or an official page and this site disagree, they win.
